Knowledge Is POWER

This is the first of the Knowledge Is Power teaching tape series, addressing a variety of crucial subjects. Volume I: Legally Blind is sure to seize your attention.

As Francis Steffan interviews his guest, Luis Ewing, President of the American Lawyers Association, you will quickly realize the value of this collection. Listen, as Francis

and Luis discuss the statutory rape of the American people by today’s so-called courts. Learn, as Mr. Ewing gives real life solutions — that actually work in court. There is a time to learn and a time to win. This information makes it possible to do both.

In Volume I: Legally Blind, Luis Ewing explains, in detail, situations and obstacles one is likely to experience in a court room setting and tells you how to overcome them. Compiled from various live interviews with Mr. Ewing, what is contained on these two tapes is not obscure legal theory — it’s professional legal research that is being used in court to win!

This extraordinary audio tape set is packaged in an attractive book style presentation case with cover art. Only $15 plus $3.00 S&H ($18.00 total).

The man who appeared as an interview guest on The American Voice Broadcast two years ago has now contacted The American Voice and and stated, "I'm flat broke" and then asked "how many LEGALLY BLIND series have you sold and what were expenses and profit? How much are you going to pay me for all those you have sold already?"

We responded in part by stating, "The American Voice owns ALL American Voice Broadcasts." and " I understand “flat broke” very intimately. What we can offer you, as a guest, is free exposure to a national/worldwide audience and the recordings of those broadcasts. You can then market those recordings through your own organization. Furthermore, if American Voice Radio chooses to market those recordings also, you further benefit from any contacts, potential clients, that those marketing efforts yield."

We had hoped this concluded this misunderstanding, however, the man continued in another e-mail, "I have never received even one paying client from your radio station." we view this in the same light as placing a classified ad in the newspaper and not receiving any calls and demanding your money back from the newspaper, perhaps nobody wants what you advertised.

The guest continues, "If you are not willing to compensate me fairly...at least 50/50..." I somewhat lost my temper when I responded, "Let me get this straight, I supply you with four hours of free airtime and spend my time interviewing you, I post your seminar schedule on my website for over two months, I design, print and mail out a direct mailer for your Medford seminar, I buy blank cassettes, I buy cassette album cases, I spend hours editing out three hours of repetition, I spend hours making duplicates, I have art done for the album and the cassette labels, I package it all, I have ads designed for the newspaper and internet and provide the space in both mediums, I pay for the envelope and the mailing and you feel entitled to at least 50%?"The guest continues, "...then I now request and demand that you stop selling any taped interviews of me without my permission from the date of this E-Mail transmission."

He begins threats, "If you fail to do so,  it won't cost me more than $150.00 bucks court filing fee ... to get an Oregon Judge to sign an Injunction with a Court ordered Discovery of ALL request's to purchase "MY TAPE" of "me" that came over your web site which is all traceable." This man feels that because he was a guest being interviewed on a national/worldwide broadcast that any tapes of that show, The American Voice Broadcast hosted by Francis Steffan are his??? So, it is not surprising that he states, "The bottom line is that you are making money off of me and that you need me and that I don't need you."

Apparently that is not the bottom line. I have no problem dumping a tape set that doesn't sell...it is NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

The bottom line is that he presented a few good ideas or tactics on the tape set but it did not sell very well at all. The bottom line is that he is more trouble than he is worth. The bottom line is that considering the time, material and poor sales of this tape set it is not worth even one more e-mail.

So, I will end this by repeating that, "The purpose of being a guest on any radio broadcast is to gain exposure. We want our guests to benefit from any marketing we do." "What we can offer you, as a guest, is free exposure to a national/worldwide audience and the recordings of those broadcasts. You can then market those recordings through your own organization. Furthermore, if American Voice Radio chooses to market those recordings also, you further benefit from any contacts, potential clients, that those marketing efforts yield.

"I do not appreciate people trying to shake me down for money, 'flat broke or not.' The tape set is NO LONGER AVAILABLE."
