This
Is More Than Just by

Kerik is a perfect example of why the Bush administration
will not put the will of the American people, over 70%, and
close the southern border to all illegal entry according to
the existing immigration laws of the United States and the
obligation and guarantee provided within the Constitution
for the united States of America, Article IV Section 4, “The
United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a
republican form of government, and shall protect each of
them against invasion; and on application of the
legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature
cannot be convened) against domestic violence.” This
President, George W Bush and past Presidents are failed in
their Oath of office which states, “:--"I do solemnly
swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office
of President of the United States, and will to the best of
my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of
the United States." This
nation is clearly being invaded. It is estimated that
approximately ten thousand (10,000) illegal entries occur
per twenty-four (24) hour period. If this amount of illegal
entry was occurring on the Iraqi / Syrian border it would be
called an invasion and the US military would be directed by
the President, Commander in Chief, to immediately stop the
incursions. Why
is the integrity of the Iraqi national borders more
important to this President than the integrity of the
national borders of this nation? Bernard
Kerik is only one example and only part of the reason why
but he is an accurate example. The fact is that the elite
within the borders of the United States benefit from
illegally imported indentured servants. Some use the word
slaves but they do not even rise to the level of slave. It
is actually closer to leased property, a toaster, a thing to
be used and then discarded, a discounted human resource. As
you shop at Wal-Mart for discounted, below the cost possible
by any other means but slave labor, products
the elite shop “Slavemart” for discounted human
resources to do the menial tasks they choose not to dirty
themselves with, like cutting their lawn, cleaning their
house, cooking their food or caring for their children. Bernard
Kerik and his handlers would have you believe that he’s
just a “regular Joe.” Here is a little
“blurb” about Kerik from an online pitch for his book
“Sopranos kind of charm and a terrific tough guy biography
— after his prostitute mom was killed, he dropped out of
high school, became a military policeman, then a jail
warden, and then a New York City cop, a charismatic,
long-haired narc, whose rise through the ranks began after
he was assigned to a detail as Rudy Giuliani's personal
bodyguard.” Ya
know, I am wondering exactly what kind of “charm” we are
talking about here. For those of you who don’t know, the
Sopranos is a television show about a family of GANGSTERS,
drug dealing murderers who gain wealth and power through
intimidation, blackmail, extortion, prostitution and other
illegal operations. Coincidentally, that television show
seems curiously modeled (loosely) after New York City’s
controlling crime family the Bonanno’s.
More
coincidence, Rudy Guliani of
Giuliani Partners and Giuliani-Kerik LLC has been
involved in government drug “investigations” and
prosecutions since 1969 and
from 1983 to 1989 a US Attorney in New York City
busting all the crime families except the Bonnano family. So,
as we read above Kerik was a “charismatic,
long-haired narc, whose rise through the ranks began after
he was assigned to a detail as Rudy Giuliani's personal
bodyguard.” This
man went from being a “beat cop,” joining the New York
City Police Department in 1986, to a narcotic’s detective,
to the Mayor’s bodyguard to Police Commissioner of
the largest municipal
force in the world
in just eleven (11)
years? Giulianni
and Kerik have three things in common, drugs, organized
crime and political connections in very high places.
Actually that should only count as one thing in common as
drugs, organized crime and political connections are
synonymous. Some
of you may say, “well, that doesn’t make him an elite,
just hard working.” Ok
dreamers, let’s live in your world for a moment and
pretend there is no “politics” (ie. Bribes, extortion,
favors, payoffs, drug trafficking, ect.)
involved in rising to the position of Police
Commissioner of the largest
municipal force in the world, inside one of the most corrupt
political machines on the planet, all in eleven (11) years,
or involved in becoming “security chief for the
Saudi royal family's hospital system.”
Then let’s ignore the fact that immediately after leaving
the Police
Commissioner post
he ends up as a partner in Giuliani Partners
consulting firm and then CEO, Giuliani-Kerik LLC with a
little stint in between as Iraq's interim minister of the
interior, that’s a long way from New York City. And
what exactly does Giuliani Partners consult on? The firm has
been hired to improve public confidence in a horse-racing
gambling operations. “The
manufacturer of the drug OxyContin — a top-selling
prescription painkiller that was proving lethal in a
ballooning black market — needed to tackle its growing
legal and public relations problems, it hired a former mayor
of New York” and then only months later, “the Department
of Justice, the cabinet agency charged with combating drug
crimes and abuse, including traffic in OxyContin, also
turned to Mr. Giuliani,” “Nextel Communications, the
wireless phone carrier based in Reston, Va., has offered the
partnership compensation worth at least $15 million, in part
to help its pursuit of an important reshuffling of the radio
spectrum from the Federal Communications Commission.” At
the same time, “Mr. Giuliani and his staff have also
served as unpaid advisers to the F.C.C.,” an assignment
that was brokered by Nextel's chief regulatory counsel. In
its two years of existence, his firm, Giuliani Partners, has
earned tens of millions of dollars with only a base of 20 or
so clients, jumping almost immediately into the ranks of the
nation's most prestigious consulting firms, according to two
industry guides. The “clients” this company has seems to
create a conflict of interest, a playing of both sides sort
of thing, however, by the letter of the law, something
former prosecutor Giuliani should know well, this obvious
conflict is not a violation of the letter of the law and
apparently when “ex-“ politicians utilizing the
corporate economic model and their political connections for
enormous personal gain it doesn’t matter what is right or
wrong or to the benefit or detriment of the American people
as long as it does not violate the letter of the law. Bernie Kerik has been one of the Bush campaign's most aggressive and irresponsible attack dogs, spouting that if John Kerry were President, the U.S. would see another 9-11 style attack. And his nomination is now a failed attempt by the administration to permanently associate the Republican party as the “hero” of 9-11. Now
Bernard Kerik has dropped out of consideration for the
position of “Homeland” Security Czar because of what is
described by the mainstream press as a “nanny problem.”
Kerik states that he owes the President
“a great apology that this may have caused him and
his administration a big distraction." A
nanny problem? A big distraction? An apology to the
President? This
just goes to show that people like Kerik, the elite and
their lieutenants, have no regard for the law or the people
of this nation. This
is not a nanny problem. This is an employer who has held
high positions in “law” enforcement and was being
considered for one of the highest law enforcement positions
in the world violating the laws of the united States. But
Kerik puts that worn out ole happy face on it by saying this
criminal who he enabled to break the laws of the united
States and harbored in his home was “a very nice woman, a
very good woman, someone who loves my children and they love
her." How many American citizens in American prisons
for a victimless crime (over 1million) have someone who
would say the same thing about them? The
invasion and occupation of approximately 10,000 illegal
combatants and non-combatants per every 24 hour period is
not “a big distraction” it is the most immediate
national security, economic and public health issue today.
It is also a violation of their Oath of office and an act of
treason for any American elected official who is in the
position to stop it not to do so immediately.
If
Kerik had any grasp or concern of the magnitude of the
crimes he has perpetrated by inaction and enabled by his
personal self interest he would also realize it is not his
co-conspirator in the White House he owes an apology to but
to the American people. This
article has focused on Bernard Kerik only to point out the
type of people in power and considered for power within this
current administration. However, this writer never wants any
of the readers to be deceived or mislead by this example to
think that a John Kerry, Bill Clinton or a papa Bush
administration has been or would be any different.. The
invasion on our southern border did not begin when Bush
junior was elected and the fact remains that any one of the
named presidents, including the sitting president, could
stop it within weeks. The
NAFTA treaty is mentioned any time one suggests the southern
border be secured and tightened only to allow entry
authorized by US law. The argument is made that the US has
treaty obligations that prevent it from taking drastic yet
necessary measures. I point out that when the US
unilaterally decided that the missile treaty signed with
Russia no longer suited the administrations fancy they
pulled out of it citing a national security necessity to
pursue a missile defense shield. Approximately
seventy percent (70%) of the American people realize the
southern invasion is a national security disaster that they
want stopped immediately. Washington clearly does not care
and is moving in the direction the elite that have hijacked
the US government desire it to move. I guarantee you, that
direction does not benefit American citizens. The
President of the United States is, at the very least, guilty
of non-feasance of duty. Any elected official who is found
to employ illegal invaders are guilty, at the very least, of
mal-feasance. Any US official who has the authority or power
to prevent the southern invasion from continuing and does
not exercise that authority or power is adhering to
the enemies of the United States, giving them aid and
comfort and are
most likely guilty of treason. Here
is a quote from Black’s Law dictionary defining what
adhering is “…an act which intentionally strengthens or
tends to strengthen enemies of the United States, or which
weakens or tends to weaken the power of the United States to
resist and attack such enemies, constitutes “adhering”
to such enemies.” Every
US representative who voted to pass the recent
“intelligence bill” without the “immigration
clauses” has weakened the power of the United States to
resist and attack the invasion occurring right now on this
nations southern border. The act by US officials to not
uphold their Oath of office diligently enforce US
immigration laws also weakens the power of the United States
to resist and attack this national security, economic and
public health assault.
“Treason
against the United States, shall consist only in levying war
against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them
aid and comfort.” US Const. Art. III Sec.3 One
may argue that the 10,000 invaders, every twenty-four hours,
are not enemies of the United States. However, do you not
agree that a continuous disregard for the law and
encroachment upon one’s rights by a particular party
designates them as an enemy? Do you not consider those
taking part in the criminal act of invading America enemies
of the United States? “The
United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a
republican form of government, and shall protect each of
them against invasion;” US Const. Art. IV Sec.4 Invasion-
An encroachment upon the rights of another; the incursion of
an army for conquest or plunder.” Black’s Law
Dictionary. American
citizens have a right to be protected under the law and US
officials under Oath of office have a duty to protect each
State from invasion. They so far willfully refuse to do so. America
has sadly come to the point where the US government is so
infiltrated with international elitists that the will of the
peaceful, law abiding American citizen has been usurped
beyond the point of no return. However, I believe there is
still hope although it does not depend upon actions from
Washington DC. “No
state shall, without the consent of Congress, lay any duty
of tonnage, keep troops, or ships of war in time of peace,
enter into any agreement or compact with another state, or
with a foreign power, or engage in war, unless actually
invaded, or in such imminent danger as will not admit of
delay.” US Const. Art. I Sec.10 Folks,
the western States are being “actually invaded” the
resources are being plundered and American citizens, and
those immigrants who have entered according to US law,
rights are being encroached upon, this is a situation that
clearly is an “imminent danger as will not admit of
delay.” The
US government has failed, it is time to organize within your
States and demand that your State government move
immediately to repel this invasion with or without the
assistance of Washington DC. Point out to your State
officials that based on the US governments failure they are
in fact authorized to repel this invasion. Do
I think they will? Probably not. However, it is more
possible to organize within ones own State and putting
severe pressure upon State governments will get the
attention of Washington DC. Become
informed concerning this issue. Learn about the economic
disaster this invasion of criminals causes within the
States. Learn about the imminent disease pandemic certain to
spread across America, there are a possible 10,000
“typhoid Mary’s” coming across the border every
twenty-four hour period, going to school with your children
and serving you your restaurant food. Learn about the real
crime epidemic that is occurring right now fueled by
southern invaders. Learn what the real goals of Mexican
organizations like MEChA are and what “the nation of
Aztlan” is and for those of you who think I am being
racist, learn what LaRaza means and what that organization
is about. This problem is a multi-dimensional national
catastrophe that is happening right now. A
